Lease Finance Registration

• Original title deed
• No Objection Certificate (NOC)
• Sale Agreement Contract (MOU)
• A letter from the investor with the presence of the bank representative
• The presence of the owner or Authorizing a person on his behalf. In case of Power of Attorney (PoA), an original power of attorney certified from the court or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE embassy in the concerned country is required. In case of the power of attorney is from outside the country, a legally translation into the Arabic language is required. The validity period is no more than two years.

Land Department Fees

• 0.25% of the finance value + AED 290 as knowledge surcharge for each fee 

Registration Trustee Fees

• AED 4,000 + AED 200 (5% VAT)
