Land Department Fees

• 4% of sale price + AED 40

Registration Trustee Fees

• AED 3,500 + AED 175 (5% VAT) if the sale price is less than 500,000 
• AED 5,000 + AED 250 (5% VAT) if the sale price is 500,000 or more 
• Note: if the seller has a power of attorney, the fees are 8% for Dubai Land Department and AED 10,000 + AED 500 (5% VAT) for office trustee

• Oqood sale contract
• A letter from the mortgagee bank and the presence of the authorized person from the bank
• Three mortgage contracts certified from the mortgagee bank

Land department fees

• 25% of the mortgage value + AED 290 as knowledge surcharge

Registration Trustee Fees:

• AED 4,000 + AED 200 (5% VAT)
